Q: Is your studio air conditioned?
A: Yes. We are outfitted with a dual zone, ductless Fujitsu unit.

Q: Do you provide personnel?
A: Yes. Our rate covers the full engineering and transportation staff. You can provide your own operators for a discounted rate. Call to discuss.

Q: Do you have Wifi?
A: Yes. We provide our own hotspot. But depending on the location, different platforms and pricing might apply.

Q: Do you have your own power?
A: Yes we have our own generators. Honda Whisper EU6500is, and Cummins Onan P2500i Inverter. However, certain basecamps have provided us with our required “220v clean” power for the course of a long session.

Q: How far do you travel?
A: We cover the entire United States and Canada

Q: How do you go about charging mileage?
A: First 30 miles, from the center of Los Angeles, (Beverly Blvd and La Cienega Blvd intersection) are free. From there it’s $1.25/mile. Call for special rates for long trips.

Q. What payment methods does your company accept?
A. We prefer the good old fashioned checks! But we accept all forms of payments. Some special handling and fees might be required.

Q: Can you provide Zoom or compatible service?
A: Yes. Depending on Wi-Fi availability, we can provide Zoom service with real time talkback with talent.

Q: What is your delivery method?
A: We usually use “We Transfer” or some other online service to send uncompressed files after the session. Manual hard drive is always an option.

Q: What is the size of your trailer and booth?
A: 14’ x 7”. It usually fits in a single car space. The booth is 6” x 6” x 8’6” high and fits two people comfortably.
